The hotel's location was favourable, not far from Thessaloniki airport, the main pedestrian road and the pedestrian zone of the city and Bitola. The staff was extremely friendly and genuinely friendly, took good care of everyone.

I had a warm stay. The hotel was gorgeous with cheap rooms and I liked courteous staff. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony and a minibar.

Recommend this hotel, our stay was really great. Property is stylish, with rich breakfast, and location is peaceful just next door to the main restaurant and cafe's street and the fantastic garden and the city centre. The staff are super-friendly, managed the parking close to the hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming inn. The property is beautifully designed, with traditional decor and local textiles throughout. The staff I encountered were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided me with helpful information about the town and even gave me a map and complimentary bottles of water. My room, which was the green one, was spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked fridge and a large, cozy bed. I also appreciated the additional pillows I requested. The inn had great amenities, including reliable wifi, plenty of hot water, and a delicious breakfast served in a lovely dining area. I particularly enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the tile-rooftops and mountains beyond. The inn also provided good lighting for reading at night, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the interesting places in town by foot. I highly recommend this delightful inn for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Exceptional, varied breakfast with fried eggs, had excellent food. Favourable central location, right by the main pedestrian road as well as all the shops. Also, very close to the town center.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view of the mountains. The helpful staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even printing out documents for guests.

The breakfast selection could be improved, as some items were cold, particularly the eggs which seemed to have been cooked beforehand and refrigerated.
